This place is awesome! Just when I thought I was out of luck, this place helped me out!

Hunter was super helpful and took the intimidation out of my shopping experience. I’m new to living in the Menasha area, this will be my new vape store for certain!! Even a voice behind the wall greeted me kindly to the area. 😃

I asked the clerk, What was the best pod for my vape, after selling me the complete worst choice, exactly opposite of what I needed, he refused to exchange the unopened pods he picked for me, for the correct ones. Terrible customer service. Go to A to Z vape store, They are Amazing to there customers. This is an answer to there answer, I never used any foul language, I was never offered a discount, and if the store workers keep being rude, there will be more negative reviews to prove my review, we will see.

I love coming here! The staff is always so helpful and friendly! I really love when Chy is working. She is very knowledgeable and just a very nice person in general!

Was a customer here for two years. For the first time I had a defective product (never attempted to return or receive a discount before) the disposable would go into "fire mode" when not actively using it a couple days after purchasing. I showed the employee what it did (Disposable Vape) I was told the best they could do is give me 10% off the next one. I had a receipt and box that the product came in - in hand. Just thought there would be a little more appreciation or compensation for someone that has been a loyal customer and a product going bad a few days after purchasing.
