Very disappointed. I come from out of town back home and up until tonight found this to be a great place. Tonight I stopped in to relax at 9 and was told they are closing even though they are supposed to be open until 10. The guy was real rude about it too. I live in a different state and always bragged about how great this place was to others who might visit the Milwaukee area. Now I would say, mark this off your list, not worth the time.

Nice lounge to just sit and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful and the music wasn't up to 11. Cigars are reasonably priced and they have a large selection in the humidor, but its brand limited (like 20 of brand A 20 of brand B etc) instead of a large brand selection. They have good spirits behind the bar as well. Will return when im back in the area.

This was Thee Best Stop on my Cigar Bar&Lounge find. It has a great vibe to it! You can bring your own or buy one or two from the nicely stocked Cigar's they carry in-house! The bartender Craig was such a pleasure! I came all this way to meet 2nice guys who are from my area of FL, so that was definitely a Vibe. I also had the pleasure of meeting a bar patron Vinnie The Sausage King of Wisconsin 🥰😘all good ppl! This is the spot to chill, light up, and relax.. love love 😘 I'll be back every visit to WI.

Could be a really great place to hang out! My friend who is really big into cigars brought me here and got me into cigars. We have had several business meetings at local cigar shops and take that time relax while getting some work related things done. Older gentleman working the bar was nice but pretty rude when asked if he could turn his music down. Had some Bluetooth speaker, all treble no bass just blasting and we couldn’t even take any phone calls or talk at the bar without yelling. A bit unprofessional and rude to deny what I thought was a reasonable request to just turn it down, I didn’t even ask to turn it off lol. I see on their sign they’re looking for help, I’m half tempted to apply, organize the humidor and really bring that place back to life just so we could have another cigar location close to us. As it sits now, I’m only there to grab a cigar, if I could find what I’m looking for; and head out. Update: 4/24/26 My business partner, and I came in today to have a cigar go over some business and use a smidge of the credit we were offered. The gentleman behind the counter, refused to give us a credit that was left by the prime cigar google page administrator. He immediately stated “ I’m not giving anybody $100 absolutely not. I’m not going off of some text message.” I requested that if he was not satisfied with seeing the comment left by prime cigar that if possible, could he call the owner. He called the owner. I believe in front of us. I’m not sure what was discussed and said I’ll give you $50. We told the man if we offended him in any way that we apologize, but we are simply doing what was instructed in the comment and to come use our credit hoping we could turn this into a five star review. I told the gentleman I apologize if you’re having a rough day, I have done nothing to you I don’t understand the hostility. He responded with “grab your cigars and go, don’t come back.” Ironic that he said the “store is struggling as it is why would I give you $100?” I gave him some constructive criticism and let him know that his “piss poor attitude and overall demeanor towards customers is probably having a bigger negative effect than $100 ever would” I did what I could I came back was going to give it a shot for the generous credit of $100. Unfortunately, at this point, my two star review is now a one star. Would give zero stars if possible.

Nice cigar lounge and bar area. It wasn’t too busy when we were there. Cigars prices are decent. Unlike some cigar bars, they do not allow carry-in sticks.
