4 times now i came here and during business hours door is locked , no sign saying wil be back - just open sign all lights on. I waited 20 min. And gave up went somewhere else . Today i go in to use my points *saves them up over 3 months , and Lady said i have no points! Points are a scam here , dont buy vape products go to the other shop the rewards and points are better and you can actually use them !The Guy that works here is decent, the lady tho , acts like how dare I interrupt her movie she was watching or whatever. Im going somewhere else now for sure . They had goos prices on cigarettes, but so does other shops !

The employee was very helpful and was willing to show us items in the case. Prices are reasonable. After purchase he threw in a few freebies. They have a wide selection of rolling papers as well. Will definitely come here again!

So, I just walked out of this place. Walked in about 15 minutes ago. Wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, but the rep was with another customer, so no big deal. She talked to him for a few minutes, and then answered the phone. And stayed on it for the remainder of my visit. There was another customer in the store, who asked for something, and was acknowledged, but was never spoken to again before she gave up and walked out. I could gather that the phone call was about a spectrum bill, and the rep was trying to talk the other person on the line through some kind of account access situation. She was sending and checking emails to this unknown caller. She acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, started to minimally help me, and then promptly walked away while still on the phone and not helping me at all. I became fed up and left. I don't care who was on that phone, the world is not going to come crashing down around you if you inform the caller that you have customers, and that you will call them back. How unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I hope people read this review and try somewhere else, somewhere that their presence and money actual matter to the proprietor.

Probably one of the worst smoke shops there is. Worker there doesn’t even know how to properly read ID’s and thought I was underage even when he had the example ID with him. He was angry for some reason which I can only assume is we bothered his time while he smoked and played on his phone. Will not be coming back and was such a waste of time. not to mention the prices there are complete rip offs. 3 for 50? are you joking? This might be a good business, just ran by terrible staff.

I like this vape shop better then all the others I've gone to. The prices are cheaper then other places, very clean and organized, and the best reason is the staff, they are always very helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable on the products they sell. All of that is the reason I continue to go there rather then the mall and other local shops. Keep up the good work guys
