Amazing shop with amazing employee’s. Best deals and best products on the market. Huge variety of different products. The manager whose name is “Said” is awesome and very genuine. If you want a smokeshop that genuinely cares about their customers and the products that they offer them and take your health seriously, then this is the place for you. You will never leave unhappy, and if you ever happened to encounter an issue with a product, they will always make it right. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Especially with how shady the market can be regarding these products, it means so much to find a shop that is knowledgeable with the products they stock and put their customers first.

I like the place and like the loyalty system which usually works great. I buy products from there that are non tobacco and is advertised as such. I use my points for 5 off when I can and have always been able to. Tonight I went and it happens to be that just now the products I buy are now "considered" tobacco products when it clearly says tobacco free. I am loyal to the place that's loyal to me. I could go somewhere else and it actually is a bit less expensive. I would enjoy the same loyalty back. The guy was kind of rude about it after I explained I've been coming for a year and use the loyalty every time. Maybe it's time to shop around again.

Bought a DRAG3 TPP-X kit on 8/31 for $105.89. When following the directions and began filling the tank the tank leaked juice all over the place. I tried returning the kit 9/2 (9/1 was a holiday) only to be told nope, that 1) the device was hot. I explained that it was in my car all day and the interior heated up. he said "I'm not saying you are lying, I'm just saying it's hot". I told him there were no batteries...they never got the chance to be added. 2) They said they couldn't take it back because it is illegal. If the device is now illegal, why did you sell it to begin with? Or were you just trying to clear inventory before the new law went into effect? Regardless, the item is defective and they wouldn't honor any sort of return policy. I will avoid this place like the plague going forward.

Great experience! It was my first time here today! Haydn was super welcoming and friendly! She helped me find exactly what I needed while also being very cheerful and friendly! Very hard to find good customer service now a days! Will definitely come back!
