Austin is amazing! He is always super helpful and friendly whenever I visit the store. His customer service skills are top tier. Very knowledgeable. I will be returning!

Great place great customer service always have cigarettes I need

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with one employee at the Germantown location, and it has reached a point where I feel it needs to be addressed. Each time I’ve interacted with her, her attitude has been consistently rude and unwelcoming. Last week, I came in and asked a few questions as I normally would. I addressed her respectfully, the same way I address others, but she appeared to take offense instead of simply communicating her preference. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she became defensive, rushed me, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner which I will not allow. Today, I encountered her again as she was leaving. When I entered the store, I mentioned that I hoped our interaction would be more positive than the last, but she immediately responded negatively and refused to assist me. Another employee then stated that if customers are “rude,” they will be rude back. That is not an acceptable standard of customer service. During this interaction, I was also spoken to in a way that I found completely inappropriate for a business setting. No customer should be addressed disrespectfully under any circumstance. I want to be clear that I have had pleasant interactions with other staff members at this location, but this particular employee’s behavior has been consistently unprofessional—not only toward me, but also toward other customers present at the time.Because of these repeated experiences, I will no longer be bringing my business to this location. I hope management takes this concern seriously and addresses the issue appropriately. She needs to be fired but that’s my opinion.

Amazing smoke shop, all the workers are amazing and very friendly! This smoke shop has really good deals as well!!! Austin is one of the workers, he’s great! This one girl and another guy is amazing as well! Highly recommend!

Ok ive been a regular at this place for a good chunk of time. They have an AMAZING assortment of flower and flower products along with gummies and shroomies and other wonderful tasty items. Along with tobacco products for those who want em. And even some of the not so easy to find udsa approved vapes i highly recommend this place they are very friendly and very price friendly
