Worst shop ive been too. Sold me multiple defective products over the last two weeks. Ive been in sales and customer service for 16 years. These people nothing to remedy the situation. I will never give you people my business again. Wish I could give less than 1 star

I went in this evening to pick up a couple of vapes... and will not be returning. I walked up to the counter and checked the vapes out to see if they had the flavors I wanted. They did. I made eye contact with the girl standing behind the counter, who was looking directly at me. No "good evening", no "how can I help you?"... just a blank stare. So, I asked her for the two flavors I wanted to purchase. As she checked me out at the register, I noticed one of the boxes was damaged and asked to exchange it with one that wasn't so beat up. She proceeds to open the box and say "well the device isn't damaged" and I replied with "well I think I'd rather just have a different one" and she replies "well the device isn't damaged... so no". 😳😲 My card had already processed the payment, and I was so shocked at her blatant rudeness that I just grabbed my things and left. Why would one want to pay for something that is in damaged packaging? How would she know if the unit was damaged or not without testing the actual product? I didn't demand anything and was fully respectful in asking so her demeanor was really uncalled for. The entire interaction was just upsetting.

Is closer to where I live at while I'm in Wisconsin and it's cheap while I'm in Wisconsin but the cigarettes and the cigars they is high as hell

I usually love this store but I have had 3 experiences so far of getting a faulty product that does not work. It sucks because you don't know it does not work until you leave the store or go home and have obviously put your mouth on it. I know it's not the stores fault for the products they promote but it just sucks there's not a better process for it as it gets expensive just having to throw the not working ones away and having to buy another.

Theyre always friendly and quickly provide what you need. The staff answers questions with pleasure and tend to have great recommendations.
