This Walmart location is very nice and convenient. The employees here are very helpful and very courteous to the customers. There is always plenty of parking especially during the weekdays and it’s easy self check out make things so much easier.

I am so tired of their online store saying they have something in stock. I go to pick up and then they say it’s unavailable. Now I have to wait days for the money I spent to come back to my card. I am livid, no help from the store just a shrug and oh we’re sorry. I’m done I’m traveling to other stores or sticking to Amazon. Walmart lost a costumer, not like they give a crap though

I wanted to share my recent positive experience at the store. The customer service I received was truly exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire establishment. It was evident that a lot of care is taken to maintain a tidy environment. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend this store based on my excellent experience.

If you want to feel like a shoplifter come here to try to buy cards. Instead of locking up trading cards the cashiers will tell you you can’t continue shopping because you might open the packs. Not to mention if you want to struggle going through aisles because there are 3 separate employees picking up curb side orders in 1 aisle then here you go. They will stand in your way, act like you are the problem or just stand with their carts while on their personal phones (not the devices they need for knowing what the curbside order is). Also self-checkout often has half the registers broken down and not opened. This place is a joke, only a handful of cashiers are pleasant, the rest are rude and rest of staff acts like the customer gets in their way.

No apple pay, no cash taken in the self checkout. Employees are generally pretty dang good, but the corporate shenanigans are just horrible. Mediocre prices. Hopefully a Costco or Woodman's comes to Jefferson county sometime soon.
