Been in a few times now and the customer service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable. Got recommended a boondock cigar tonight after a previous few other great recommendations. It was fantastic. Thank you gentlemen!

What a knowledgeable team led by Dave. Shelby is an amazing mixologist. Ryan is technological guru. Scotty is a great annunciator. Ian is an amazing orator. James, has the patience of the saint.

We will no longer be purchasing cigars if Dave is working. We buy hundreds of dollars worth of cigars when we are in town, and Dave kicks us out at 650 because he "needs to go". Business hours state 9, and we have never had problems with any other employee. He has done this to use 4 times. Does Dan know that he closes as he pleases? I wonder how much business you have lost from him closing early. If you don't want to be there Dave, don't come... oh but you said you get to smoke all the cigars you want without paying for it-- he brags. Its just upsetting an establishment you love doesn't make you feel welcome. I have promoted this company on my Instagram and can't imagine going home to LaCrosse and not stopping into Briar.

Bought 2 cigars and a 20 dollar lighter. No butane in the lighter. Decent selection. Don't recommend it

Showed up at 6pm on a Wednesday and the place is all locked up. Hours posted on the door day Tue-Sat 11a-7p. No note or any other kind of explanation as to why they're not open during their posted business hours. Maybe next time I'm in town they'll be open and I can give an actual review of the business. Not being open when you say you're open isn't a great start.
