I had a really bad experience at this Tobacco & Vape shop. The service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The guy at the register, Aneal, was extremely rude and dismissive—felt like I was bothering him just by asking basic questions. On top of that, this place is supposed to be a UPS access point, but that was a mess too. Disorganized, unhelpful, and clearly not equipped to handle simple drop-offs or pickups. It made what should’ve been a quick errand frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. There are way better spots with staff that actually treat customers with respect.
