The only employee in the store seemed immediately annoyed when I walked in, during the middle of operating hours. I asked for a disposable vape, he said they didn’t have any. I left but my partner went back, and EXPLICITLY asked for a disposable vape without CBD or THCP in it. He was assured over and over that the brand that the employee recommended was “100% only nicotine”. It is in fact a CBD vape. Considering my partner is severely allergic to any kind of marijuana or derivative thereof, this was completely unacceptable and truthfully dangerous. If the store only sells weed vapes, just say that. Don’t lie to someone about what substances you’re selling them just to make a quick buck. Absolutely horrific.

I went to the Blue Dream smoke shop in Shorewood WI. I bought 2/7g bags of dry flower for a total of 14g. Each 7g was marked at $60 and the associate said if I got two he would give me 15% off. I went to pay, entered my phone number and a reward of 10% off my purchase popped up. The associate said "that's an additional 10% off that 15." He rang me up and I started walking to my car. I checked my receipt and saw that the math was all wrong. Remember it was 2 bags of 7g at $60 each before taxes or discounts. This is the receipt Subtotal: 113.74 Item Discount: -16.50 Basket Discount: -11.37 Total Tax: 7.39 Grand Total: 104.63 Now y'all can do math. If someone can make this make sense I'm all ears. Now neither the associate or the owner that I went back to talk to could tell me how this happened but they absolutely refused to acknowledge the math of it. They tried telling me it was a credit card fee but they couldn't tell me how much the fee is, they they said they never applied my discount but it's right there on the receipt. In the end they stole $20.48. So in conclusion, none of the employees could explain the charges at all and they refused to acknowledge the error. Someone is stealing at that business. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt.

One of the workers called me the n word and they started calling me racial slurs

This is the best head shop in the area. Any time I've walked in I've been greeted like a friend and gotten everything I'm looking for. Often, you'll be met in a place like this with a blank stare. Not blue dream. They are friendly and helpful and can provide whatever smoke/vape product you're looking for. I'd give then 10/10 if I could
