Good place especially compared to previous ones here.. selection is ok, you get what you need. Owner is chill and always very helpful and knowledgeable on products.. could use a little more customer service experience there with the assistance. Otherwise it's a great go to place around here with decent prices.

I think this is the third and the best incarnation of this space as a smoke shop. I smoke imported cigarettes, and the former operator was able to get them, until the end. When the new management came in, I asked if they could order my cigarettes. The response was great. The operator stood with me as I found a picture of the package, ensured he would get the exact product, and did so swiftly. I have been in much since, and the selection is fantastic. The place is clean and shiny and the staff are very knowledgeable about legal options for THC compounds legal in WI with many options in the sales case ready for presentation and examination. 5/5 stars.

Very good variety, organized & great quality products.

Honestly I used to hate coming to this store until recently. I walked in with several of my friends and the minute we walked in the owner's friend greeted us and helped us with what we needed. And also a major bonus the guy had anime on his TV I couldn't help but watch as my friends picked up what they needed I highly recommend going to this store while he's there because the old lady was rude and the owner was hard to understand but the owner's friend is down right amazing...

You’d be lucky if they are open when you get there. On tile of that, they barely have vapes much less the good ones. The guy doesn’t even know how to explain the difference between the stuff they sale. Like I said they barely have anything worth buying. If you need a bale kit or accessories go somewhere else. Smoke X is a great spot and another in Oak Creek but I don’t remember the name tho.
