The staff here are professional, friendly and very accommodating I feel like I can recommend this spot off the customer service alone!

Usually not open during posted hours. It's OK if you are in the area and need cigars, but do not make a special trip. It will not likely be open.

I normally only leave good reviews but I’m fed up with this store. It is not even 6:30 pm and the sign on the store says open till 8:00 pm. This is not the first time this has happened. Besides the fact that their cigars are moderately-highly priced the selection is not that good. I will no longer be coming by this store. Either honor your hours or change them but stop misleading people.

Lights are on but nobody's home. Walked up to the door at 2:56 lights are on open signs on nobody's in the building? doors are locked from the inside I guess they only sell to a select group of (elite people)

The condition of the cigars are awful, bought a cohiba Lonsdale and couldn’t smoke it 2 hours later as it was so dry. Perhaps the most unknowledgeable salespeople I have ever met in the cigar world. Go to swan pharmacy down the street, granted it’s a smaller selection buts it’s nicely curated and the condition is excellent.
