Hours are inaccurate, says they close at 10 but they closed up an hour early

This place is hands down the absolute best around. The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by an incredibly clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment. The selection and quality of their products are top-tier, and it is obvious they take great pride in what they do. What really sets this business apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff is remarkably knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly, taking the time to answer questions and help you find exactly what you need without any pressure. Their prices are highly competitive, and the overall experience is always smooth and enjoyable. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be a loyal, returning customer.

Fabulous location with friendly owners and employees! I bought a battery for my vape pen, which unfortunately died within 24 hours (*couldn't charge it or anything). I brought the battery back to MKE Vape the next morning, and explained what happened. I wasn't so sure they would refund me, because I didn't have a receipt. But the store owner recognized me from the day before, and exchanged my battery at no cost. And the new battery works great! Also he was so gracious and kind! Totally recommend this store.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection. This is why until day, I always gave them my business. A few days ago, I bought a product that turned out to be defective, something that I did not learn about until later. This is the second time I bought something that did not work. Since it didn't cost much the first time, I just shrugged it off and did not complain. This time, I paid too much to do that, so I went there to try to exchange it for the exact same product. The employee there (who again, was very nice and tried to be helpful) texted the owner, who told him not to do anything for me, despite me being a good customer. Based on this, I will now be going to one of the other five competing shops within a three minute walk of this one. I gave this shop two stars instead of one solely because the staff is very kind and this was not their fault. Otherwise, buyer beware.
