Staff needs more training on their products. I came in looking for a CBD vape pen, no THC. I explained this to the gentleman working who didn’t understand English very well. When I asked him for CBD vapes, he waved his hand towards the glass case on the side of the counter with no direction, no advice, and so I pointed to one to look at. After “confirming” that the vape he put in front of me was THC free, he proceeded to sell me a vape pen that had THC metabolites in it/a delta variant. This is upsetting because it’s not refundable/returnable, as well as if he is selling these to people who have to submit drug tests for work, they will now lose their jobs. Highly frustrating.

The guy behind the counter was more interested in his phone than serving customers. He was rude and short as well. Not going back!

prices always change depending who’s working. pay attention when you get your change back, they try to get over on you. i get once or twice might be a mistake but it happens consistently. a couple bucks is no big deal but it’s the principle.

Awesome staff, amazing prices, and great inventory. Even willing to get me the product I needed that they didn't have! My new home vape shop for sure!
