I am always treated so nice, and with great respect. I love all cloud x locations. On Janesville road we love Max! He is always so smiley and brightens my days!

Staff is nice, selection is also nice. Only complain i have is that the pipe tobacco is catered to those that roll their own cigarettes. I came in because my pipe tobacco was low and my supplier i uses has longer wait times vs you that is right down the street. I wish you had more options, maybe a few different types of pipe tobacco pouches. Flavored pipe tobacco like cherry, chocolate, vanilla. Still is a profit for you. Im just saying. Thank you for the consideration!

Amazing people! Went to buy a product they had and unfortunately one of the pieces were missing but these workers took their time to help me out to resolve the issue and give me an entirely different product instead! 10/10 for customer service , 10/10 for cleanliness and friendliness! Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area!! Will be coming here again! Thank you for your wonderful service!

Nice store, nice staff, good prices.

Max is super cool and nice guy to talk to
