My glass has a manufacturing issue There’s a hole at the bottom Told shop and was told no refunds on glass. I looked at my piece before I bought it. Never expected a micro mm hole to be between the seal. Wouldn’t doubt the others also have manufacturing issues. This is clearly not a “we don’t know what happened when it left the store” issue. Won’t be spending money there again.

It's not called the best smoke shop in New Richmond for no reason! Everyone is nice and knows what they're talking about. It's so refreshing to talk to intelligent people. You have to go see for yourself:)

This is truly a smoke shop with plenty of options, excellent products and great prices. I was supposed to run in and out but ended up spending 40mins(because I wanted some of everything 😆) The workers are cool as hell and gives great deals.....I'm here from H-Town Texas....not at all used to this weather, but this was worth the drive in the snow..

All the staff is very friendly and will educate you if you have questions. Love these guys
