Sold me a plastic pearl that melted in my banger which ruined it and tainted my rig. They replaced my banger and gave me $7 in store credit which the manager didn't even seem to want to give me. They do have some fairly decent prices on some things

I love this place, can't complain. Cutie behind the counter always has a smile on her face and jokes around when I'm in here. Good staff, good prices. Can't beat it. Come on down, the price is right folks! Show the love!

Great prices, and the staff was very welcoming even remembered when I told them I was turning 21 when I walked in on my 21st birthday for my first smoke

Come in all the time, good products for good prices, better than A-Z in town, only complaint is one of the guys that works here is very unfriendly (always wears a hat not sure of his name), maybe don’t work customer service if you don’t have customer service skills or if you don’t like people, I’m talking bare minimum say hi, or even get off your phone for a second to speak to customers. Not a fan of going in if he is working, every other employee here is absolutely wonderful especially love the ladies

Hi everyone, I want to share with you the great experience that I had with Marley's Smoke Shop. I'll start by giving quick first impression and then a more detailed review below. When you first approach the store the first thing you'll notice is that it has a distinctly retro 60s look, very cool! I’m posting some pictures below but because of recent problems with Google review they may not post properly. When I walked in I was impressed by the smart, compact layout of the store. Vape kits, CBD products, glass pipes and other accessories were laid out and I had no problem telling which was which. Tony the vape expert greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. He was very laid-back and extremely knowledgeable about the questions I had for him. Of the products I did ask about, the prices were very reasonable and of the other ones I saw I could tell that these were some of the lowest prices I'd seen on any Vape products in Oshkosh. So, if you're looking for a place with a great atmosphere, low prices and superb staff I highly recommend Marley’s. Now if you want to stick around to have a more detailed review along with pictures, please continue reading. Okay onto my detailed review - I can't help but make comparisons to another smoke shop in the Oshkosh area that I've had some less than satisfactory experiences with. Even though I did give them a somewhat favorable rating - compared to Marley's they just don’t measure up. Marley's is head-and-shoulders above the other store when it comes to how associates treat the customers. When Tony greeted me when I first walked in, there was no sense of rush on his part and I genuinely felt welcomed. When I started asking him questions there was no air of condescension or “hurry up so I can get to the next customer”. He was very patient with me and explained to me that he was not interested selling me products that I could not afford or didn’t need. We talked about the different types of vape mods, what different types of glass pipes were used for, the meanings behind CBD concentration and which products were the most efficient at it. He even had a number of customers walk in while I was talking to him and I told him “I had plenty of time, so please go ahead and help them”. He treated each and every customer with the same pleasant, laid-back approach he had given to me. The one type of vape mod I was very interested in (one that was durable, had a great draw and excellent flavor) I had narrowed down to two. Previously I purchased a Smok Nord that was excellent but unfortunately had stopped working on me, I knew if I went to the other store with this they most likely would not give me an exchange or refund (even though I had spent quite a bit of money there in the past). So, I decided that my next vape mod would be purchased for Marley’s. The vape mods that I was very interested in were definitely a step up from my previous one but one was actually less expensive. As I said previously the pictures are (hopefully) below everyone can see them. When I finally walked out I left with the same good feelings I experienced with places like Oaks candy store, Schultz Pharmacy and Starbucks. If you get a chance read my reviews for them because they all reflect what adds up to a great customer experience from start to finish. I'll just come right out and say it; Marley's is a much better establishment than A -Z Tobacco. Thanks Tony!!
