Smokeclaire is hands down the best tobacco store in Wisconsin! Their selection is top-notch, with a wide variety of quality products at great prices. The staff, especially (Damien), (Cory), and (Angie), are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with recommendations. Whether you’re looking for cigars, vapes, or smoking accessories, they have it all. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend!

It was late Sunday evening and I was on the hunt for some THC a flower. I stopped in for the first time and there was a super laid-back dude I believe his name was Joe working at the counter and I asked him for his personal recommendations. he recommended three strains. I chose all three and oh boy I can happily say this is the first time the guy at the smoke shop that’s recommended. Something knew what he was talking about 95% of smoke shops I go into and ask I get home and I’m disappointed. I will absolutely be back. I appreciate it.

Every time I come to this place, I am taken care of immediately. I’m not hounded when I say I’m gonna be looking then they say OK and walk away. They don’t sit there and follow me like a puppy dog. Great deals just in general on top of it. They gave 20% off or 25%! You can’t be saying that’s for everything in the store except a few Couple of items I believe. I may be wrong. If I’ve ever had something break and it’s usually immediately after I leave or someday didn’t work they’re willing to replace it. Most places have at least one bad Employee or the one that you don’t particularly like, but not here. If you wanna learn how to be the Best in the game, you’ll definitely wanna stop here and experience it. If they don’t have something which is very rare. One time did that happen but that was The first week they open, so I mean, I gotta cut them slack for that.

Good selection of cigars in the humidor. Veterans discount! Worth a stop if you are in the area. Visited for the first time today and will definitely be back the first chance I get.

I love it here, the employees are always so kind and knowledgeable.
