Hunter & Kel are really great! They will help you make the right choice for you. This is part of the Temptations series of stores. They seriously have something for everyone. The combination of head shop with "toy store" is so smart. Support local businesses.

Great shop to stop at for great products and vibes! From the moment we walked in, Jasmine's bubbly energy was welcoming and exciting! She was very helpful with any questions about products, from all areas of the store. She pointed out several products of interest and I will definitely be going back for a shopping spree soon 🤩

Absolutely! Let’s put together a nice review for them. ⸻ I recently visited City News & Video and had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to the incredible service from Hunter and Jasmine. From the moment I walked in, they were both so welcoming and attentive. They both went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed, and made sure to answer all my questions with a smile. They really made the whole visit enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, it’s not every day you come across folks who are that genuinely dedicated to great customer service. Big thanks to them for making my day.

Great place. Jet was knowledgeable, kind and a great sales person. She helped me find what I needed and talked me into somethings I didn't need. Please keep up the great customer service and will recommend your business to others!

Excellent service, but why does your building still say open 24 hours when you close at 10 now? Right now your paint job is annoying false advertising. Pick one or the other…this has been an issue for actual years now.
