I would not go to this gas station!! If you have ever seen the videos where clerks raise the price based on who they think will pay more this is the place.. i bought a pack of water and when it rang up it said 6.99 but the clerk looked at me for a second and then cleared the price and actively changed it to $10. Im close to looking for the right forms to report this to the bbb because these people are scammers. if they are changing prices on water for certain people you know they are doing it to other products as well.

You can’t actually pay at the pump, it just locks your card and then goes back to the start menu. And when you complain they say no one has this problem, even though there are other reviews saying the same thing.

Was out of town and had my low air light come on. Was able to find an air pump here. It was cold and snowing and couldn’t get the cap off. The employees were so nice and helped me. So thankful!

Located on the corner of N. Hawley Rd. and W. Wisconsin Ave. is Midtown Shell gas station and Food Mart. Has 6 pumping stalls, 2 vacuums to clean your vehicle. An ice chest located outside. Propane and cords of wood are available for purchase and located outside as well. Inside you'll find a variety of items to purchase. For your vehicle: oil, windshield wiper fluid, a variety of gas and oil treatments, power steering fluid, etc. The ice cream cheat is filled with Snickers, Twix, waffle cone, and other ice creams. There is a verticle rack filled with good looking hats, of the baseball style. A Sun glass rack too. Coffee and cappuccino machines are there for your enjoyment. Fresh doughnuts are available too. In the coolers are sodas of many flavors and sizes including 12 packs, water, energy drinks. In the freezer: pizza, chicken, pizza bites, pints of ice cream and more. In the isles: all sorts of candy, chips, aspirin, condoms, tampons, tape, nail polish remover, Nyquil, Pepto, and more. Behind the counter: cigarettes, chewing tobacco, lighters, E cigarettes, etc. 2 restrooms. ATM as well. Customer service was excellent. The attendant asked me what I was doing and so I explained. He was more than happy to allow me to photograph the store. Everything is neat and clean.

I paid for gas outside at the pump on 2/11/ 2025. The cost of my gas was 36.40 I had a 175 dollars take out of my account. I have never had any issues like this at any other gas station. I talk to the clerk he said that it should go back on to my account with in 1 to 2 hours. I understand that sometimes if you pay at the pump. They will hold a fee that is equal to the amount paid until the payment is cleared but to hold 3 time payment. I feel shell is just trying to take money from me. Never gain will I use shell.
