All around really polite and kind staff, the store is always clean, with a great selection of things! Always my go to place to grab what I need!

Went in today and bought two items. A bottle of vape juice from the 9.99 bucket and a angry orchard drink. I told the man who rang it up that I got the bottle from the 10$ bin but he didn't listen to me and charged me the full price for the bottle. (He's new) because They don't take off the original stickers off and then can't listen when someone tells them they got a item from their discount bin. then can't explain to their new workers that apparently. Then I call and the lady who answers doesn't give me a solution but to tell me that they got new employees and their learning... Then she tells me to come tomorrow and talk to a manager.

Purchased an item from them, it did not work right out of the box. It still had a full battery, and clearly showed the juice is completely full. I returned about 30 min later as soon as I could to show them how it did not work even with a full battery and juice. The guy at the counter today just mumbled under his breath, "I can't help you." ... I have spent a lot of money here, and when something does not work apparently it does not matter. Very disappointed. I ended up going across the street to Lambeau Tobacco and had no issues getting what I needed and it worked. As a business it seems easier to replace faulty items, than it is to potentially lose customers.
