EDIT: I did go back and wanted to give credit to the owner. He was called during my second visit, I explained the details and he agreed to exchange the vape and cover any additional cost. Also, there were large handwritten signs at the register & the door, explaining the purchase policy. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3. My initial review was going to be excellent, the store is nice and the lady was helpful. The lady assured me the Smok Vape I bought would absolutely work with my coils that I had at home and I expressed I liked them and was specifically wanting a vape that did work with the coils. I get the vape home and dry fit a coil and it did NOT work. I didn’t put juice in it or even remove the stickers. So I took the vape back and was refused a refund. Saying “All sales are final”. The receipt does not say that nor did they tell me that at checkout. So do NOT buy a vape system here unless you are for sure you like it. I won’t be buying anything ever here again because this first experience was not great. They absolutely should have the receipt printed to say something about sales being final. I’ll post copies in this review.
