To the person upset, they were refused service for failure to provide identification. I wish you would consider the perspective of the employee who is only doing as they are told by law. Obviously you've not worked in an establishment that deals with the items such as what this store offers they could be fined or even shut down for selling to people without proof of age regardless of if your a repeat customer or over the age of 50 it's the law for a reason and it's just courtesy to have your ID already ready at time of checkout. This store, while I have only been here a few times, offers a great variety of e cig and tobacco. Even some cigars. Would recommend them if you're local to the area as it's a good location for me so I don't have to drive to the city. Good job keeping kids safe with your policy!

Best place to get anything you need they are supper nice and helpful!

There is a lot to choose from at decent price people are so friendly

I was so worried about not being able to find the vapes I use anymore due to the new law. I made one phone call to this amazing store and she had a whole box waiting for me! This is my new vape store now! I recommend for sure!

Cloudmaster Smoke is a fantastic establishment! This store offers a wonderful selection of products and is clean and well-organized. It has a very laid-back atmosphere and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Abdul and Haley are the best! They were both so nice and helped me with all the questions I had. I felt very welcomed and valued as a customer. Thank you!
