Had the best customer service from Lan, he’s personable and knowledgeable!! The store was clean and welcoming as well! They have an excellent selection at this location as well.

Lan is amazing and always gives good recs and is patient while I have all the questions about products. Very knowledgeable, friendly and overall awesome!!! Come see Lan he will hook you up

Me and my husband come here for everything and every week. We love some @jaz and the other dude who works here. He always picks out me some fun new stuff to try.

I love this place! It’s great that the store is very well stocked and carries a variety of products, but what takes it over the top is its employees and their top tier customer service, specifically Yasmin. She is welcoming from the moment you step into the store, and willing to help with any questions that you may have. Keep it up, OG!

My experience at OG Puff Smoke Shop in Hueytown was pretty dope, and I want to give a special shoutout to Frida! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Frida took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s employees like Frida who keep customers coming back. Thank you for making my visit such a great experience!
