I came into Royal Cloud Smoke Shop today and had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Anna. From the moment I walked in, her energy was amazing. She complimented me from head to toe and even joked that I didn’t need to be going home looking like this but I told her my priorities were in the right place, and my extra funds were going toward the hookah I was about to purchase! I told Ms. Anna exactly what I was looking for, and she found me something that completely blew my socks off. Her customer service was nothing short of absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Royal Cloud, for hiring such an amazing person. Ms. Anna definitely deserves her flowers!

Best customer service! Staff ia very friendly and helpfull. A must every weekend;)

Let me tell you why im giving this place 5 stars. Well I purchased a portable hookah cup. The cup was cute and had LED lights. However when I got home the lights did not work on my cup. I took the cup back. The employee told me and showed me the sign that said no exchanges. However it was less than 24 hours since I purchased. He tried charging the cup himself but the cups lights never came on. He did the exchange for me even when he didnt have to. Also the employee that sold up to me should have check the lights before selling it. In return I purchased another cup for my sister. I had them to check the lights on it before I left lol. But I appreciate anyone that goes out their way for me.

Bella is amazing. She brings a very friendly, welcoming vibe to the shop as soon as you come in, is thorough and a sweetheart. 5 stars across the board for customer service and sales. Aside from the workers, the environment is clean, nice, inviting and there are many things to choose from, depending on what your vibe is!
