Purchased this vape. Hit it in the store to make sure it worked and flavor was good. Twenty minutes later the flavor is gone and it still says 100% on the vape. I returned and the black guy with locs says “sorry we can’t do anything about it.” I asked if he could call the owner or the guy I purchased it from and he responded saying “they’ll get mad if we ask about exchanges.” I asked “so I’m just out of $21 and have a vape with no flavor and there is nothing at all that can be done?” He responded “unfortunately sometimes we sell vapes that don’t work.” This is horrible customer service and I have had vapes that didn’t work and the shops apologized and switched it out. I will never want to shop here again after literally being out $21 and being told basically…oh well!
