Stopped in at Gallery Smoke on Lorna Rd today and man, great experience. Everything in the store was clean and well kept, products were legit, and the guys working there actually knew their stuff and took the time to help me out. Can’t really ask for more than that. I’ll definitely be back.

Aaron has been great, as all employees of each gallery smoke location has been. I’m disabled and these guys help me get my stuff to my car after purchase. Aaron, Shane and Taylor are amazing!

The team at this store has consistently gotten better. They have a huge nicotine selection and the customer service is top notch! Shirley and Aaron are the best! Very friendly and informative!

I would give zero stars. I spent over $300 in this store 2 days ago and my vape pen button is sticking. They accused me of smashing in the button. There is not a scratch on the pen. They say they have a sign in the window that states All Sales Final. It was just being hung as I walked in!!! Like I never even saw the sign!!! No where on the receipt does it state All Sales Final. DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY SMOKE HOOVER!!
