Brought in a vape I need help with let Andy take a look at it after getting it apart we had no clue how it managed to even work when I walked in but had a good laugh he sold me something different but dependable since I manage to have issues that normal people don’t have somehow. Super great on recommendations for juices too. He works with getting what you’re comfortable with not what sells at the highest price. He’s customer focused and makes you feel like you’re not a complete moron and even asks if you need to be walked through how to work the device. Awesome store! Awesome staff!

Andy has always taken care of me, he is the reason this is my go to shop. I've had many questions he was able to answer about mods/tanks and get me in the right direction. This has been the only shop to know about their products and give good advice as well as fairly priced.

My go-to vape shop for years. Great selection of juice, with testers available for each. The shop is always clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They carry mods, coils, pods, disposables, and more.

I have been a customer at this Vape store from day one 10-15 years and have ALWAYS been taking care of. I have seen employees come and go and every employee hired has literally become a friend. Clean stores and great selection! A+ buissness that care for their customers.. btw the review saying the employee was rude is an absolute joke! 2 guys working this location couldn't be rude if they tried. And btw they have a TV in the store but fyi they don't sell TVs, sorry...smh

Vape Loft in Calera is the best!! Andy is knowledgeable about all the products and devices available in the shop. They are regularly upgrading the inventory to keep up with customer preferences!!
