My husband and I just came in and the manager would not be straight forward about their prices, he told us one price and charged us another. When we told him that’s the wrong price he said there was nothing that he could do and refused to refund or compensate.

Love this little shop! Excellent selection of options and great service. Will be returning often! Edit: I recently did a bit of price comparison in the area and, to my knowledge thus far, this place appears to have the lowest prices on Mellow Fellow blends (this stuff hits great!) and Happi Delta-10s (perfect for more relaxation and less mental degradation) by $5-$10+. Likely lower for others as well, but those are the ones we default to. Also -- by far the most edible options I've seen anywhere in the area.

Just lost my business. Beware shopping at Moon Smoke Shops. They will say they’re giving you free things. You will spend $200 and call you 5 mins later accusing you of stealing the stuff they gave for free. They even called the phone number attached to my rewards account. My husband answered and they basically accused me of stealing when I spent $200. I called back they hung up on me when I tried to find out where they were obviously confused about or whether they are just stupid. I took photos and video of everything bought and the receipt. Update: never spoke to me spoke to my husband. The racist nonsense is unnecessary it’s also a form of defamation be careful you can be sued for it. You were very nasty and cursed fervently. You quickly shut down the accusations when we said we would bring the police… why is that? As I also tried to speak with you on the phone you hung up on me. Anyone who accuses a customer of theft wouldn’t turn down the chance of having police there to ensure they get their money.. so why was that suddenly a reason you dropped all the accusations.. because you’re selling illegally and making false accusations against women preying on them. I purchased 2 x 2ml and 1 x 5 ml and a tin. Try again. Four items all correct they even say exact ml of items on receipt. Your scam is out there now. My receipt is accurate. I took photos and recorded all conversations. Karma will come for you it’s shameful your behavior, I have been made aware from Facebook this isn’t a one time occurrence it’s actually being considered a scam you’re pulling.. nice try I didn’t fall for it.

This is a respectable business. The owner is a very nice gentleman. I would recommend this store highly. They have a huge display & a wide variety of vapes, even when I couldn't find my brand anywhere else.
