Drove from Tuscaloosa County to get my go to juice,I always go to Vape loft but normally Hueytown where the Employees are Amazing! I'm a loyal customer and they treat me like one.They show appreciation by lil things like tonight had I spent $101. @Vape Loft in Hueytown buyin 6 bottles of juice, 2 batteries&a coil;I wasn't given any discount😏They would've atleast given me a cpl coils .DO BETTER HOMEWOOD- SMH😏HUEYTOWN GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! I'll continue to come where my business is appreciated & where the Employees don't act like it's a problem to answer questions.Ive literally been in the Hueytown store conversing about different Vapes, juice's,ect.&they have never been anything but professional, knowledgeable&friendly! U say U can fix they probably didn't know I was a regular!? 1st off I told him I'd driven from Tuscaloosa County,that I was a loyal customer of the Hueytown Vape Loft but due to them not having my go to juice Aqua Pure 3mg I drove to another Vape Loft to get it, he didn't seem to care one way or the other I ask for 4 bottles of Aqua Pure & 2 bottles of Twist Purple Grape,2batteries&a coil.He rang up everything except the batteries & just was looking at me like are u goin to pay me?? He never gave me a total plus I was waiting for the batteries I ask for,so I reminded him I needed 2batteries he got them& gave me a total of $101.&some change.I said really I've never been charged change at Vape Loft,they have always rounded it dwn to an even amount-No Comment! I tapped my card&got out of there, I don't like stuck up ppl or ppl who act like their jobs a problem for them to do w/a lil professionalism.Im really upset b/c I just realized I didn't receive a receipt &the purchase I made was for My daughter & I, I don't know how much I was charged for any of it& don't know what she owes me.If u would like to fix let the guys at Hueytown store know what U would like to do, I'll be seein them soon for more coils&juice.Ty for replying!

Loyal customer, have always went amd have been done business with a nice lady. Today we went and theres a new guy i have never seen before. Bought an e liquid and before leaving the store, bottle UNOPENED and everything i noticed the date on the bottle said 2023. We asked if there was another bottle we could buy that wasnt expired. He refunded the money and said he wouldnt sell us anything anymore. He tried to tell us that wasnt the expiration date but a batch number, so i asked if we could just buy another one. He refused and said his boss was on the line and had asked us to leave, all because i asked for another bottle. Since when is asking for another e liquid a reason to ask us to leave ?? Horrible service, i used to love this store before today because its the only store with strawberry kiwi

This is the only place I go to get my vapes. They have great prices and products where you don’t have to spend a huge amount to get a good product. Most of all they are always willing to help you with any questions.

Very nice clean store very friendly staff but they do not stand behind their product. My regular store no longer carries what I was looking for and they recommend it vape loft they had something similar when I attempted to use it it did not work I understand there is a no refund policy like at most vape shops but other shops have made it right when the product was defective they would do nothing to make it right.

Don't know his name but cool clerk who helped me get a vape to match my needs. He was kind and was polite. Definitely would go back for more products. Thanks Vape Loft! ........dude was rocking out to some good music too!
