If you like disrespect and rudeness toward veterans and people with disabilities, this is your shop. They are non-ADA compliant and believe that ADA regulations do not apply to them. Lack of training and arrogance are no excuses for such behavior, nor should it be tolerated. I turned right around and went to the smoke shop down the road.

I have always had a great experience at the store. However today, and I want to be very specific, 4-26-25 between 7pm-7:30pm. There was a brown-headed woman working there and she was extremely rude. I don't know how she is even allowed to keep her job with the way that she treats and talks to people.

This is a great little spot for cigars. Haven’t been in the lounge though. The humidor is always 25% off so the prices are excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I went to the Homewood shop went in picked up my cigars. Came to the counter and was immediately accused of stealing 3 cigars, supposedly 4 days before. Try to tell the guy it wasn't me. But he was being very adamant about it. He threatened to call the cops and I told him to go ahead because they were going to have to show me the tape where I was stealing cigars. Then I guess he looked back at it real good because he wasn't even in the store and was accusing me, but once he came back on. The phone. He said I'm sorry it wasn't you?And I told him no I know it wasn't me.That's what I tried to tell you. The only. Good thing about it was that there was no one else in the store but me at the time. If there were other customers in the store I would have tried to Sue them for defamation of character. I will never go back to none of the stores again. Then the lady that was there. She showed me a picture of the guy. And said he kind of looks like you. I said no, he doesn't because he was a black guy with a ball head and a Gray beard like me. So he looks like me. I've never had that experience in a store in my life and I was very, very upset about it. So he wanted to give me 35% off the cigars instead of 25. Like that. Really made up for what he had just done to me. I will never go there again

Female employee working in the mornings/early afternoons is rude and needs to learn proper phone etiquette. Was planning on coming here to buy a couple items, but after talking to her on the phone, I decided to go elsewhere because she seemed like she wanted to do anything else other than her job. She hung up on me before I was even done speaking. Go spend money elsewhere if you want employees to be kind and respectful.
