I'm always having to remind the cashier about the points system every time he rings me up. Yesterday he told me that I had 5 dollars off of my purchase if I wanted. Then I realized, he'd been telling me that for at least 3 months and I usually just let them build up. Then I asked why were they not building and his response was that I actually had $27 and some change, but I could only use $5 per purchase. No other location has ever told me that. Please fix this. This location is very convenient, but I will be finding a better store if needed.

We are from out of town and Katelyn gave us exceptional service. She was able to answer all of our questions about different products & was more than patient with my family. We absolutely loved her attitude and spirit!! Thank you for great service.

Came in on Sunday, went to buy a vape, transaction for the vape went through on my end but not on theirs so he rang me up again at a discounted price and I paid again, told me to call Monday after the bank had processed my pending payments to see if it stuck, it did infact stick so I paid twice for 1 vape, called Monday and the store manager said there’s nothing they could do since it was the next day? The lady I talked to was super sweet and it didn’t affect my life any it was just rather unprofessional. Won’t be going back. Vape is fire though.
