Staff was super helpful and friendly, I was recommended products with discounts, got a great price for every item in my purchase compared to what I've seen elsewhere, would highly recommend and will stop here the next time I'm in Mobile, for sure!

I used to think this was the best vape shop in Mobile however I find that they charge double for vape juice from what other stores charge. They sell Mints juice for $20. a bottle and I usually get 2 for $22. @ Area 51 smoke shop on Airport & Seminole St. Go see Rommie there. Much better prices!

Visiting from out of town & I could not have felt more welcomed. Will...what can I say about Will? His customer service is indescribable!!!! Worth more than five stars. This will definitely be my go to shop when I'm in town. UPDATE: Went by a few days before leaving town and of course, Will was there. Courteous, helpful & professional as usual. Can't get enough of his great customer service. Will ONLY visit this location in the future.

Last week, I visited your shop and had a disappointing experience with one of the salesgirls. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive, as if she didn’t care whether I made a purchase or not. When I asked questions, she seemed unwilling to provide any helpful information and responded with indifference. Additionally, she mentioned a ‘buy three, get one free’ offer, but she charged me for the free item as well. This behavior is unacceptable, and her attitude needs significant improvement. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I’m highly upset! I drove all the way from Daphne AFTER WORK because google says that location closes at midnight on Sundays. I should have took it as a sign when they didn’t answer the phone but I thought I’d give it a try. Business hours need to be changed if y’all aren’t going to abide by them.
