Very rude man behind the counter made snide remarks how we looked “dressed for Halloween” then got rude when my husband asked a simple question. He had a completely Un-pleasant attitude. We were looking for a new smoke shop to do business with but this one will NOT be it!

The customer service is great! The people there are always polite and friendly. A very good store close to home

I bought a pack of coils there several months ago and asked for a pack,which is what i paid for got home and there were only 4 not 5 in the pack.. today I go up there again I ask for a pack of coils and paid 21.00 and got home there were 3 coils in the pack. That is 7.00 a piece. Every other place I go there are 5 in the pack or buy 4 and 5th is free. I believe everyone could make a mistake but is everyone getting ripped off like this or just me. I am very annoyed by this. It really is closer to me than anything else but e liquids are never in stock as well.

I really enjoy the convenience of the location. I often go by this shop and Mr. Fayez is such a nice guy. The customer service, cleanliness, and great deals at this shop are impeccable and unmatched by any competitors.
