Went in there brought a vape and it didn't work. Told the lady in there. She said to put it on charge I did that and still nothing. I don't even wanna give the 1 star! WILL NOT BE BACK!

They are very helpful. Considerate of others. Really nice atmosphere. I really like these people.

Awful customer service walked in and the lady behind the counter was sitting in a chair stood up never said a word to me looking as if she was annoyed I was there so I waited a minute and asked her was she having a bad day she shook her head no. It was a very uncomfortable experience so I picked a vape and she rings up my purchase and asked for my phone number and gives me the total I swipe my card and tell her to have a nice day and she looks at me again as if she was annoyed I was there. From now on I’ll just go a little further into semmes to get my vapes. I feel as if I’m there to purchase a product and the associate acts as if I shouldn’t be there I’d just rather spend my money somewhere else.

Just ignore the price tags everything has on it. They’ll try to charge you double. they have A whole brand of eliquid juice Marked for $9.99. A price tag they put on every single bottle themselves, then try to charge me 17 when i go to buy it and then tell me that’s not actually the price even though every single bottle has their price tag that they put on there. Don’t put a price tag on every single bottle of that juice if you’re not gonna sell it for that price. done with this shop. they have sold me vape tanks, missing pieces in the past I let that slide, but I’m done this is the definition of an unprofessional company.
