First time in this store had the most amazing customer service experience with Ally. She really sweet, kind, pleasant, and went over and above. You can tell she really LOVES WHAT SHE DOES!! I will always come back here for my vapes!!!!

Ally was by far the greatest help. Walked in looking to just replace my vape cart ended up leaving with an extra battery and an disposable from my old vape flavors I didn't even know existed! She was very personable and answered all my questions. Please keep her around and you'll have a lifetime customer!

Honestly the best shop I've been to and I've been going here for years, super helpful staff and wide variety of anything you could want, super chill atmosphere with the people there or even anyone that comes in

I had an amazing experience with Mary Kate! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood the pain level to expect re-piercing scar tissue before we even got started. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and confidence were obvious throughout the entire appointment. She was incredibly gentle, the piercing was quick and precise, and she made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in doing quality work. The placement turned out absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly talented, I can’t recommend Mary Kate enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future piercings.

Best customer service I have ever seen. Had the pleasure of getting Ali she’s here on weekends. Cheapest drinks ANYWHERE, exotic candies fun grab bags and great deals. Come check this place out. I’ll be back.
