From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions and recommend the right products. They have a great selection of vapes, cigars, accessories, and more—everything is well organized and easy to find. The prices are fair and competitive, and the shop has a clean, welcoming, and professional vibe. Every visit has been smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in the Glendale area and looking for a reliable smoke shop with top-notch service, this place is a must. Highly recommended

I used to be in here every single weekend the girl alejandra was super nice now it’s just awkward to go into the store the afternoon guy don’t say nothing at all the morning guy is pretty nice to but now that she’s gone I’ll rather go down the street I can say she did seem to over qualified to be there so understandable I’ll take my business elsewhere

Both of the Steve’s are so cool, great customer service and products. Never disappoint or out of stock!!

My favorite smoke shop! Everytime I come here I feel very welcomed! Hassan is always such a great help and gives me a bunch of options to choose from. They also have great deals! Highly recommend This is a great smoke shop!
