The lady who helped me today was absolutely amazing! It was super hot outside, so she turned on a fan for me to stand in front of when I first came in. She gave me a full run down of the products I was looking at. She was hilariously funny and personable. I will be shopping there from now on.

This is one of two locations. Outstanding customer service! Good selection and reasonable prices. Great parking. Fast friendly service.

Customer Service Needs Improvement and Immediate Attention. " Smoke Shop " take A Moment to Look Up Products and Have Some Knowledge. Located in A Congested Area. Plenty of Parking Available. Definitely Not Coming Back...

Good smoke shop has everything you need stays open late extra on Friday and Saturday nights good people that work there and always have my cigarettes Special Blend in stock always appreciate the customer service just be aware of your surroundings because it's not the best of an area to be in LoL

You know I like to think that I'm an honest person and I tell you anything for a fact when you get accused of stealing and embarrassed inside a store it really really is embarrassing unfortunately the store owner thought that I was stealing something and in reality I never stole nothing I pulled everything out of my pockets and I even took my back off and they didn't find nothing on me on my purse is 9 my pockets and I still get kicked out I'm already humiliated and then you're going to make it seem like I'm a really bad person by kicking me out on top of that shame on you
