Waist of time. Saw "back in 5 minutes" stickey note. Left went to another store. Came back and the stickey was still there doors locked at 6pm. Took the picture and wrote this review and left. Doors still locked.

I don't recommend shopping here, they banned me for life all because I gave them 1 bad review. But im so nice I'm changing my comment for these hateful people who clearly never appreciated my business. I don't hold grudges or wanna throw them under a bus, I was just hurt that I wasted my time and gas money driving way over there to this location to give them more of my money just to be sent away empty handed and banned over something this ridiculous, a comment on Google for goodness sake.. I've spent $2000+ at this exact store in a 3/4 month time span, I never wanted my money back before now, every dollar I could've spent elsewhere.

Shawn was AWESOME!!! Super help in picking my wants and needs! Will be a returning customer cuz this shop has everything you can imagine for blowin clouds and then some!

Every time I come in, the staff is super nice and welcoming. They always make the experience easy and never make me feel rushed. Really appreciate the great service.

I was reluctant to go to brick and mortar for the product I was trying to purchase. Was driving by so I thought I'd stop in and found what I was looking at online 50% cheaper at Gravitate. Also inquired on The Vape I use and found out it was $5 cheaper than where I've been getting it. Customer service was excellent. Definitely check them out
