The prices are good here and the staff is usually the same person if you come in at the same time of day but I got to meet a new person the other day and they were even more friendly. I think it might have been the owner that was actually having to pull a shift for himself and that's good for owners to do. They have a very wide selection of products and the prices are quite reasonable and if you're in this area beats driving into Phoenix to get the same kind of stuff.

Helios has the best prices and customer service out of all of the other vape shops in the area. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job, Helios. That's how you keep loyal customers.

Not too friendly. Asked for a pipe that wasn’t expensive. I think it was taken wrong. Got a not so happy response. Walked out and drove to the place a mile away

I got a pack of 5 of these pods and only 1 didn't leak or spit. Other 4, weren't usable at all the moment they were filled, they leaked and spit. Do you have a policy that would allow us to exchange faulty pods or is it basically like buy lottery tickets?
