Nothing like going to a specialty store, in this case theirs is supposedly vapes, and the salesperson at the counter has no idea how to install the components of a particular vape I was ready to purchase. He frustratingly fumbled his way to finally accomplishing the task. Unfortunately, at that point I was no longer interested in purchasing any vape product there. I politely excused myself and headed down the road to my all time favorite vape store I should've returned to in the first place. Sorry guys, I don't normally like giving negative reviews unless I feel strongly about the service. I've done more positive reviews than negative. Maybe this will help you to step up on your knowledge of your the product you're selling.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service & No Accountability I've supported this shop for years—both personally and through recommendations to friends and family. We've spent a significant amount of money here over time, trying to support a local business. Unfortunately, that loyalty has not been reciprocated. Over the years, I've purchased three higher-end devices from this store. Each one failed within just a week or two of purchase. Most recently, I bought a device 18 days ago, and it has already stopped working. When I went in to request a replacement, I was told flatly that they would not stand behind the product. No exchange, no solution—just a refusal. I run a business myself, I always stand behind what I sell, even when a manufacturer won’t. That’s what customer service means. This is not the first time they’ve refused to take care of a prematurely failed product, and unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern. This kind of treatment is exactly why people stop shopping local and turn to larger, more reliable retailers. I’m in the same industry and will be sharing this experience widely—with colleagues, friends, and family. Support businesses that value their customers. This one does not.

I love this place! They have a nice variety, and the ambiance of the store is great! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they don't follow you around breathing down your neck if you want to browse for a few minutes. Great little shop to check out!
