This place is not bad at all. Quick, Respectful, happy people. When you go in they greet you, very nice people. They get you what you ask for quickly. If they don't have it, they will order it for you. They go up & beyond. Parking spot is close. It's a win , win situation. I would recommend them. They have always been cool, with me.😁

I wouldn't visit this store ever. I'm pretty sure the owner doesn't care about his customers at all. I went in and he was there and at first you'd think he was my best friend, which I later learned was only because I was making a purchase. The reason for my stop at this shop was to buy a new torch. I quickly found one I liked and when the owner took it off the shelf he tested it once and it worked fine so I made the purchase. Well after leaving the store, I attempted to use the torch for the next 20 minutes and not one time did it ignite. Frustrated (the owner did tell me this was the best torch you can buy) I went back to the store to see if he could maybe help me with it or if there was some solution to fixing the torch. When I returned to the store I brought the torch in and told him that it wasn't working. He told me it worked fine before and then asked me what I did to make it stop working? Then he immediately told me that there were no returns or refunds. Again my whole purpose for going to his shop was I needed a torch, why would I purchase one only to break it and then want to return it or want a refund. It's something I needed so that would make absolutely no sense. The owner however offered no help. I was simply looking for some help because it was no longer working. He is the owner of the business so you'd think that resolving a customer issue would be a priority. I would find out that it is not, in fact, a priority. I would compare the way the owner acted when I came back in, to that of a new hire employee who had not been trained on how to handle customer issues. So going back to his shop is not something I will be doing. It was completely unprofessional. Customer service is like everything for a smoke shop.

Love this shop! The owner is amazing! The employees are always friendly and willing to help and the prices are fair and some of the best around! Highly recommend!

Every time I go in this place I am always greeted with a smile and a hello and treated with kindness and respect. And I always give them the same in return. I hope to become an employee at the Mesa location one day.

A beautiful gem nestled on Higley and Brown. The owner was so friendly and gave us service with a smile. A big assortment of supplies. A mega variety of vaps and smokes. Worth the trip they have 2 locations on in Mesa and another in Tempe.
