Story time, pull up a chair. Now typically - not that I am against supporting local businesses, but historically I have always purchased my kratom online because of quality/price and availability. There are times when maybe the paycheck doesn't land how you need it to, or maybe you got lazy and forgot to put in that order....but in any case- there I was, out of my kratom and needed to fix that ASAP. When I looked it up- M&I smoke shop pulled right up as the closest smoke shop, checked the reviews and gave Patrick a call to see if they had kratom. Courteous and professional - Patrick invited me down and assured me he had what I needed. Walked in, Patrick greeted me instantly, place was clean and the air had a hint of Nag Champa (I personally love) which gave the spot character. I let Patrick know that I was the guy that called a second ago and he directed me to what they had. Great selection from Greens, Whites and Reds, good selection of extracts and 7OH (if you know/you know) products as well. Patrick wasn't the point and choose guy that we all know - the ones that have no idea what's behind the case, leaving you to make an unknown decision. I explained to him that I'm the kinda guy that only goes for the reds....and he knew what he had, and what was going to suit me best. Before making a decision he did say that if there was anything that I needed that he didn't have, that he'd be open to feedback and could try to order in whatever I needed the next time around. For a smoke shop - the prices were good- I been around the block and have seen the same product sell from 10-20 dollars more expensive, so I think this shop is doing it right. Patrick was the best guy at the best time, and I think that's what we all need when we walk into a store in need of anything. Would I shop there again?...Hell yeah! Will I be back realistically?... absolutely. Should you go there? If you want to go somewhere with good prices, a place that treats you with respect and speak to someone that's knowledge - it's a no brainer. Put down the lighter and go there now! I think they're open till midnight, don't sleep on M&I.
