I went there for incense, and man, did they have a great selection with good prices. The service was fantastic, Ash was very nice and knowledgeable about the products there and attentive to my needs. This store will be my go-to spot for incense.

I have gone to this smoke shop for almost 10 years. I've bough various products including pipes and such. Every time I visit there is someone new. The lady working the smokeshop today was rude. I told her about my vape pen that stopped working at 66 puffs and didn't even get into the 1 that ran out after 94 puffs. I got 6 puffs before that product broke. She said that company policy prevented her from exchanging the product so she could do an RMA. This store is the vendor. Nobody's company policy do you get 6% of the product and don't even get a gift card because the product they made was defective. She didn't ask for a receipt. She doesn't know I'm a regular because there's always someone new. She said I should contact Geek Bar because it's there product. I don't remember ever telling a customer to contact the manufacturer. I always called the manufacturer. I spend around $40-80 a month here. Not anymore. Video attached. I didnt even get an APOLOGY

Subtracted one star due to the return/replace policy. Purchased what appeared to be fresh tobacco to roll my own. The tobacco was so extremely dry, as it was being rolled into the cylindrical shape it was turning into a fine powder which jams the injector. I know, I know, just put orange peel or a moist paper towel in the bag for a day. THAT'S NOT THE POINT. to be cont'd....
