He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different flavor options in detail, including what each one actually tastes like. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. You can tell he really knows the products and cares about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Excellent customer service—Matthew is a big reason I’ll be coming back.

This company always knows how to take care of you. Have been vaping for 10 years and I have tried many different brands. I literally go out of my way to visit any Red Star and Ill tell you why; High quality and clean juice that doesnt hurt your lungs after 100mls. But for this newer location? The staff is very educated and friendly. They always make you feel like family. Like, it legit brightens my day when I have to come in to shop. Will always recommend Red Star Vapor over any other vape shop/brand all day 🎉🙏🕉💙✨️
