I hate to admit it, but I am one of those smokeshop customers who is usually in a shop telling the people on the other side of the counter about the products on their shelves... I’ve never done that at Next Level! The people at Next Level have something new to show me pretty much every time I stop in! Next Level employees all seem to know their stuff, and one of the guys (I believe his name is Jeremy) there actually hand blows a lot of the pieces himself! Who could have a more intimate knowledge of the glassware then the guy you created it?! They live up to their name... getting a piece from them means taking your smoking experience to the Next Level! I’ve been coming to this shop since they opened last year when I picked up this super awesome BIO piece at the grand opening. It’s been my daily user ever since! The grinder I picked up with my glass piece is trucking along right next to it too! Working in customer service myself for a few years, I can appreciate when someone puts in as much effort as I do with my customers... these guys are better! I love the warm, and open, feel of the shop. It’s not all dark, reeking of old patchouli incense, like a lot of other shops... it is always immaculate! You can tell the people there care about the shop because it shows in the attention to detail. There is a smokeshop on every corner in this city, and they all seem to have the same stuff, so if you’re looking to break away from the cookie cutter shop hit this place up immediately! Take it to the Next Level! Also: I’ve been told by quite a few ladies that I fill out their shirts really well! These shirts are incredibly soft!

This is a top notch shop. The grinder glass is the most beautiful work I've ever seen. All the products that this shop offers are all very high quality. The staff are very helpful & offer great advice about each item. Definitely a place I'd recommend to others.

Their name is so accurate for them, they are absolutely on the next level! The staff are so friendly and they make you feel extremely welcomed. A lot, if not all, of their pieces there are made by insanely talented local artists, there's a piece for any personality that walks through their doors. It's not everyday that the service you receive makes you feel genuinely cared about, in my visit there, someone I care about dearly was dealing with opium withdrawals at the time, and upon over hearing me say this, I was offered a free sample of kratom by a gorgeous lady with red hair, she told me that she had been waiting for the right person to give that last sample to. I basically left with my eyes tearing up, I heard that they're a newer business and they deserve nothing but to be well known and busy, what's not to love about this sweet little smoke shop? Their prices are excellent, you get quality and creativity in every piece for a steal. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs, and will spend as much time with you as you need. As they too love each piece individually. It's WELL worth a visit, or two, or three, heck, everyone should just become a regular forever!!

Very welcoming and friendly staff, local artists, and high quality glass! The owner and staff make you feel like a friend rather than just a customer and the selection is guaranteed to satisfy all needs, whether they be top priced glass, or something as essential as pipe cleaners, you can't get any better than the Next Level. 5/5!

Everytime I go here the shop is immaculate and the guys there are so knowledgeable and friendly, it feels like family. Jordan always goes above and beyond to ensure you get all your questions answered and I always go home more knowledgeable and with some great tools at a great price. Check them out if you are in the area, there's a great dispensary and certification doctor right next door too!
