whether you're looking for a new vape, juices, etc. this is the spot!!! i noticed it is now under new management and it's looking SOOO much better! lots of new items with great variety. everything is fairly priced and the environment overall has really improved. you could tell a lot of time and love has gone into building this place back up. great customer service too! very helpful and kind. 11/10 would recommend

I would give more stars if I could. This shop is a refreshing change from the last several that have been in this location. Tons of glassware, a huge vape selection. The owner is super friendly and nice, we chatted for a long time and she was just the sweetest. Their prices are phenomenal and I have already recommended them to everyone I know that smokes or vapes in Phoenix. Couldn't recommend them more!!!

Super impressed by the customer service when calling this shop to inquire if they carried a hard to find but popular brand of Seneca Smooth 120 cigarettes (Non Menthol). The shops that carry it cannot keep up with demand. They were extremely polite on the phone, friendly and professional stating they did not carry it but would be happy to order them. For those of us who frequent smoke shops in Phoenix, courtesy is rarely included with our expensive purchases. I am extremely pleased to know that we now have a smoke shop close by that will cater to their customers without having to drive so far away like most of us tend to do.

It’s my first day in the area and I visited this shop feeling quite nervous. Thankfully I worried for nothing!! The man working at the counter was so friendly and kind, helping me to learn about the prices and products he offers. Wonderful prices by the way!! It definitely made me feel at ease and I already know this place is going to become a favorite to visit. Very clean and organized on the inside too. Lovely!
