Austin and Dan were seriously awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the whole time I was there. They helped me out a lot and made the experience easy and comfortable. The shop is clean, organized, and has a huge selection too. Definitely one of the best smoke/vape shops I’ve been to in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be coming back. Appreciate you guys!

Always cool, friendly ppl working at any Red Star. I don’t know what it is tho about the house juice. I owned an eliquid company for 10 years so I’m pretty much an expert on “ juice. “ Something about the couple flavors I’ve tried from their house line immediately have a very distinctive “ peppery “ profile. I bought The Nuts a while ago and couldn’t use it. I just bought the “ Dino Bite, “ and immediately in a brand new tank, it’s exact like the other flavor I bought a while ago. It’s peppery. That’s the only way to explain it. Which is a bitter taste like the other flavor. I suspect they’re using a very low quality flavoring for the juice they make. It’s not the PG or VG most likely. Those are pretty flavorless no matter which brand you purchase to make juice. I wish they’d switch up whatever flavoring they use because it’s immediately un-vape-able for me. I been in the vape game longer than pretty much anyone around. Something isn’t right. It could possibly be that I’m so used to what I’ve made and sold for 14 years too. But I vape a lot of other brands daily and the only ones I’ve ever had this same peppery profile, all used the same wholesaler for the flavoring. Besides all that, the employees are great, I’ve been to 3 or 4 different locations. Just wish I could support their house juice too. Got a great deal on a new mod, chatted with the employees at all locations I’ve been to and they’re all super cool. I know they have over 100 stores and they’re pretty reputable BUT, it’s not my imagination about whatever flavoring they’re using in these 2 profiles I’ve tried. It could be the nicotine, not sure if they use natural or synthetic though. Natural is pretty reliable to not mess up flavor profiles. So not sure the nicotine is the culprit. Feel free to respond to me and I’ll tell you what supplier I used for the past 14 years ( before I sold my share of the business, ) that will not have that pepper taste and feeling.
