The shop was great! I called the night before to ensure that my product was available and it was which was astounding since I can hardly ever find it anywhere. Charlie was very helpful and making sure my needs were met with the products I asked for. I got to the shop and not only did he have the amount that I asked for but even more than that so I bought them all!!!! Later, Charlie was able to find more for me in my favorite flavor. I couldn’t believe he went out of his way to help me out and find more of my favorite kind, which I thought was outstanding and terrific customer service! I’m from out of town and each time I go to Phoenix I will be going back to the Joint Smoke and Vape Shop!! They have a wide selection of vapes and smoking products. The staff is friendly and courteous. They were very busy, which told me that many people like this place. The place was clean and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Charlie and the joint Smoke Shop. Oh my gosh did I tell you that they were great ???!!!

I’ve been coming here for a while and the customer service is always on point. The staff (specifically Ty) is knowledgeable, patient, and actually takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without rushing you. The shop is clean, well-stocked, and fairly priced. Definitely my go-to smoke shop. Highly recommend.

This has become my go-to smoke shop for a while now, and I just now realized that I never left a review. So here goes: This place is awesome and highly recommended! They're great people, and have great prices on everything from Vapes, to Art supplies, and everything in between. I definitely suggest checking them out if you're looking for a smoke shop!

Tobias is always a sheer joy to see when I shop there. Great people! And What an absolutely cool shop!!! So good. Glad a place like this is around!
