Ryan Austin and Steve were more than helpful today. Had an issue with device after purchase. They diagnosed the issue and more than made it right. They were extremely helpful and I appreciate the customer service. Best vape shop and only vape shop I trust. Thanks again guys

This is the best vape shop in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area, quite possibly, the best shop in the valley. Shop is clean, organized and the shop keeps are always friendly which is a huge plus. Two days ago, I was on my lunch break and stopped by to grab a bottle of my favorite juice and they were completely out of stock. The store manager (Steve) followed me outside and offered to call another location to see if they had any so I could head over there. I said thanks but the other location was simply too far away and I had to get back to work. This is when Steve did something unbelievably unexpected; He said, “ I’ll tell you what, I will go over there, grab a bottle and have it waiting for you when you get off work.” ?!?! Sure enough, I got off work 5 hours later, stopped by the store and he most definitely had one bottle set aside for me. Awesome experience! Completely changed my day. I bought this Eclipse vape and it had a firing issue. I went back a couple of days later to see if they could help me out and they totally took care of me. They replaced the Vape on the spot at no charge to me. Highly recommend this store.

Red Star Vapor is the best place for juice... Their signature flavors are fire.. My favorite flavor is "Pancho Vanilla".. It is so good that in the past 3 months I've bought 5 of the 120 ml bottles... They recently had a huge sale so I went and stocked up..But that flavor is so popular there was only 2 bottles left....If you like to vape than you have to hit this place up... At each ot the locations I have been to the employees were all very cool and very pleasant to talk to..
